There are many ways that stress manifests in our bodies, minds, and emotions. Relieving the symptoms that are associated with stress is essential for our overall well-being. Whether you experience headaches, digestive issues, insomnia, anxiety, or high blood pressure, there are specific Iyengar sequences and modifications that take care of these issues.
In this workshop, specific sequences will be practiced to alleviate stress-related issues. Sequences will be provided for home practice to sustain good health and peace in your life.

Sarah Tuttle is a Certified Iyengar teacher (CIYT), Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), and has completed the Iyengar Yoga Therapeutics Training. She has been a registered yoga teacher (RYT-500) since 2002. She began her study of yoga and meditation in 1985. A mother of four, Sarah knows firsthand the transformative benefits a yoga practice brings. She is attentive to her student’s individual capabilities and inspires them to work deeply, fostering a self-awareness that is relative to every area of life. Sarah is Executive Director of Santa Barbara Yoga Center. She was the original co-owner and founder of Bheka Yoga Supplies Company. Sarah’s main teachers are Marla Apt & Manouso Manos.
